I do blame "Agile"

Agile is such a meaningless phrase, its a conglomerate of contrasting methodologies.

In fact its a harmful phrase - I wonder how many developers get hit with the "but we are agile" stick when all process is dropped for a snatch solution (hack) to a problem.
